By the sidewalk is where the communal faucet stood. There was once another house on this corner. Miss Endrina lived there. Delicious custard apple tree in the yard.

My family lived in one of the apartments when it was

St. Paul's Rectory, east side of Prince
To right of Rectory was a 2 story house.

I think this house is now in disrepair.
In 2022 this house was being renovated after it had been destroyed by a hurricane.

Mr. Golden once lived upstairs and had a candy store on first floor. Cosme had a barber shop. Apartments.

For as long as I remember, these ruins existed. There were homes to the side and back of this structure.



Residences. The well is hiding the smallest house on Prince Street and possibly Frederiksted.

On the corner of Prince and Hill Street there was a house. The Sackey family once lived in the house.

This was once a wooden structure - Maldonado's store.

At one point there were many wooden homes, surrounded by a wooden fence. St. Pat's Home Economic building also stood in the area.

Government offices and legislature.



St. Gerard's Hall - auditorium, great dances also held here.
The back was our cafeteria.

Red roof building is residential. Where white care is parked was once a

record store then later a bar. Owned by a Thomas.

Also, a look down King Cross Street.




5., 6. and 7. - New Houses on Prince Street where St. Pat's Kindergarten once stood.

What remained of "old" convent still standing. Pink house in photo 7 does not have a steeple. The steeple is from the Lutheran Church.
