Unfortunately, there were clouds!

September 2, 2023 - Soon to be white Moon Glory.
Moon Glory. The flower shows up in the afternoon.
By the time the flower opens, the Morning Glory flowers are all withered.

Found this on a wall in Elmhurst Hospital. Liked it so I took a photo!!
This was a site to behold. Two rainbows. Sky partly blue on one side, clouds on the left.
It thundered. It rained. And the sun was shining.
The upper rainbow faded rather quickly.
God is good!!

Look very closely at upper left corner. See the piece of the remaining rainbow?
Can you see both rainbows? Was this in honor of the souls lost in 2001 when the Twin Towers were attacked & destroyed?
September 13, 2023
At 6:18 a.m., I went out on my terrace. This is the sunrise I experienced. Wow.
The gray clouds were moving quickly from south to north. The entire scene was incredible.

Rainbows - September 18, 2023 (Twice this month!!)
It rained, the sun was shining and lovely rainbows were created. This time, I heard no thunder. The second rainbow can hardly be made out on the left.
Gray on one side. Blue skies on the right. Rain falling. Beautiful rainbow in the sky.

By the time I saw the rainbow, it had already begun to disappear.

Mural on new building on Queens Blvd.
Mural on "new" building erected across the street from Burger King at 92-62 Queens Blvd, Rego Park. Building called Lionheart.
The mural completed. Two lions, reflection can be seen on water. Building next to the Ismail Jamatkana and Center of New York, which is at 92-68 Queens Blvd. Mural is known as Queens Pride by Sonny Sundancer.
