More flowers!! The Canon PowerShot S5Is I had was broken in Dominica, repaired and then given away. Photos with no date were taken with the Canon. The flowers that show a yellow date, lower right, were taken with a Kodak Z 712 IS, purchased from Office Max, St. Croix. I later bought a Kodak Z990. As of May 31, 2020, I began using a Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ80 with a 60x Optical Zoom.

Yellow/orange Flamboyant
Hibiscus being killed by what we called "spaghetti", a parasite plant.
A lovely red Zinnia Ma called it Cabrón
Can you see the drop of water on the tip? This Hibiscus does not open.
Known as Sleepy Mallow, Nodding Hibiscus or Turk's cap.
More flowers, a few buildings and rain. By March 25, 2013, most of the plants Ma planted and cared for so lovingly were all gone due to neglect. Some plants were cut down and/or removed.

Iguanas - Different ages

An iguana, which are flourishing on St. Croix. Ma was shocked at how easily I saw them in the trees.
This one fell out of the tree. It appeared startled. It cleared its head and went back in the tree.
The darker color lets you know this is an older iguana.
Was this one trying to attract a female for mating?
This iguana made various sounds and kept moving its head.
What does this mean?

1. Purple flower from an annoying plant. Hard to get rid of. New shoots grew from the roots of other shoots. 2. Wildflower. 3. Beautiful pink flowers from a vine that kills other plants. 4. Wildflower. 5. I have no idea what these red flowers are. 6. Seed pod from a Mahogany Tree. Except for #6, all grew in or around Ma's garden.
