The Carnival Magic and Glory in Grand Turk, August 11, 2016
August 11, 2016 - Grand Turk
We joined other passengers and hired a taxi van to give us a tour of Grand Turk. Not much to see. Lots of donkeys. No fruit trees? Dusty in some areas as cars passed us. However, the island has many beautiful beaches!!
A Dominican woman told us that she sends her children back to the DR when there is no school in the summer months because there is nothing much for children to do on the island.
We arrived at noon and left at 6 p.m.
